Today is the end for all those who started at the beginning of the programme.
If this is your final day, I hope you are feeling the benefits of making some positive changes to your eating and perhaps even lifestyle? No two programmes are the same for you or myself. It depends upon many factors, as to how successful we may be in following through with some changes.
If you can incorporate this way of eating most of your week, e.g. 5 days out of 7 each week, you´ll be supporting you health. However, don´t forget that this programme isn´t just about the “food load”, it´s very much about trying to make those small changes in our own personal environments to reduce our toxic load.
I am staying visible with some posts here for those who wish to continue a little longer and for those who started later.

Take Home Message
- The world around us is not as clean and pure as it once was.
- The toxins entering the body often exceed its detoxification capacity, resulting in chronic health problems, fatigue and disability.
- Ideally all of us should follow a cleanse programme a couple of times a year to help reduce the toxic load and therefore inflammation.
It´s the small changes we make that can make a profound change.
