PREPARATION IS KEY TO YOUR PROGRAMME

In this section is information about the foods we will be avoiding in the Cleanse & Reboot.

There is a pdf which lists the foods you can enjoy during the programme.

Printing this off/save to your phone and take it to the shops with you.

The main food groups we “AIM” to eliminate are: CAFFEINE, GLUTEN, DAIRY, SUGAR/ALCOHOL, RED MEAT, EGGs (for 7 days unless vegan/athlete). I also suggest avoiding tomatoes, peppers, aubergine, potatoes if you suffer with joint issues as the chemical in NIGHTSHADE vegetables may make inflammation worse. You can read more on these items below.

This programme is not just about food, but learning to reduce your toxic burden where possible. It’s not expected that you make drastic changes overnight, but when it comes to replacing items, think of less toxic or toxin free replacements. If you are looking for an app to put on your phone, there are various apps, such as YUKA, to scan foods and cosmetics for ingredients. Alternatively there is one called cosmile europe for cosmetics that you may wish to explore.

I would encourage you all to complete the toxin questionnaire on page 46/47 of the support guide, also shown as a standalone pdf to print off.
Take some time this week to remove, eat or hide items that you may find “tempting” and to make sure you have stocked up on lots of colourful veggies and good protein sources.
