Ingredients:
- 200ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 65g oats
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs (preferably dark/low sugar)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 1 heaped tbsp almond butter
- pinch of sea salt
Method:
- In a wide-bottomed jar or portable container, pour in the almond milk, chia seed, oats, cacao nibs, coconut, almond butter, and a pinch of sea salt
- Give the mixture a good stir to incorporate the almond butter
- Put the lid on and keep in the fridge overnight and they’re ready to go for breakfast
- Add your own fruit topping for a twist!
