serves 1 (prepare night before) NB: Make a batch which keeps for 3 days.
Ingredients:
- 25g whole rolled oats
- 10g chopped almonds
- squeeze of lemon juice
- 1/2 grated apple
- 100g plain full fat greek yogurt / or skyr to increase protein
- 30ml water
- 35g blueberries
- 20g mixed sunflower/pumpkin seeds
- optional: scoop natural protein powder
Method:
- Mix the oats and almonds in a bowl and stirĀ in the lemon and grated apple
- Mix in the yogurt and water until the mixture is quite “sloppy”
- Cover and leave overnight
- Serve with blueberries and seeds
