Ingredients:

  • 200ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 65g oats
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs (preferably dark/low sugar)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 1 heaped tbsp almond butter
  • pinch of sea salt

Method:

  • In a wide-bottomed jar or portable container, pour in the almond milk, chia seed, oats, cacao nibs, coconut, almond butter, and a pinch of sea salt
  • Give the mixture a good stir to incorporate the almond butter
  • Put the lid on and keep in the fridge overnight and they’re ready to go for breakfast
  • Add your own fruit topping for a twist!
