Ingredients:
- 150g frozen berries (I use blueberries but a mix is good)
- optional: 2-3 slices of banana (I always keep some frozen in the freezer)
- 1 dl coconut milk
- 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
- optional: 1 tsp psyllium husks (for extra fibre), topping: mixed nuts and seed granola
- optional: Add protein powder
Method:
- Pour all ingredients in your blender glass and blend using your blender.
- You should end up with a thick ice cream-like mixture.
- Sprinkle on your chosen toppings and eat immediately before it melts.
