Ingredients:

  • 150g frozen berries (I use blueberries but a mix is good)
  • optional: 2-3 slices of banana (I always keep some frozen in the freezer)
  • 1 dl coconut milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • optional: 1 tsp psyllium husks (for extra fibre), topping: mixed nuts and seed granola
  • optional: Add protein powder

Method:

  • Pour all ingredients in your blender glass and blend using your blender.
  • You should end up with a thick ice cream-like mixture.
  • Sprinkle on your chosen toppings and eat immediately before it melts.
